Honeynut Squash

Honeynut squash has got to be one of my favorite squashes this year. So simple to make, so delicious, packed full of so much flavor on its own. Yum!

Ingredients

  • three honeynut squash

  • olive oil

  • salt

  • pepper

  • smoked paprika

  • pomegranates

Slice the honeynut squashes in half, remove all the seeds. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper and roast at 400 °F for 30 min. Add smoked paprika and pomegranates to serve. Simple and totally worth it.
